The short version

We don't sell your data. Ever. If you give us your email address, we'll only use it to keep you updated about MIRACLE FX. You can unsubscribe any time, no questions asked. That's the deal.

The rest of this page explains the specifics in plain language. We've tried to keep it readable — if something isn't clear, email us and we'll explain it.

Information we collect

Right now, the only personal information we collect is your email address — and only if you choose to submit it via our launch notification form.

As MIRACLE FX grows to include web tools, downloadable apps, user accounts, and contact forms, we may also collect:

  • Name and contact details (if you create an account or contact us)
  • Usage data from web tools and apps (anonymised where possible)
  • Technical data such as browser type, device type, and approximate location (via analytics)
  • Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers — we never handle card data directly)

We only collect what we actually need. We'll update this policy before introducing any new data collection.

How we use your information

  • To notify you when MIRACLE FX launches (if you signed up)
  • To send product updates, release announcements, and relevant news
  • To provide and improve our tools and services
  • To respond to support requests or enquiries
  • To process transactions securely (when applicable)
  • To comply with legal obligations

We will never use your information for purposes unrelated to MIRACLE FX without asking you first.

Email communications

If you submitted your email address through our launch notification form, you'll only receive emails related to MIRACLE FX — product launches, significant updates, and announcements.

Your email address will never be shared, sold, or passed to any third party for marketing purposes.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@miraclefx.com and we'll remove you immediately.

Cookies & analytics

The current coming soon page does not use cookies or analytics tracking.

As the site develops, we may introduce privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible or Fathom — tools that don't track individuals or use cookies) and standard functional cookies to support features like user accounts. We'll update this section and ask for your consent where required before doing so.

We will not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

To run MIRACLE FX, we work with a small number of trusted third-party providers. These may include:

  • Email delivery — for sending launch notifications and transactional emails
  • Payment processing — for handling transactions securely (we never store card details)
  • Hosting & infrastructure — for serving the website and any web tools
  • Analytics — if introduced, privacy-first tools only

Each provider is selected for its privacy practices and only receives the data necessary to perform its function. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Email addresses submitted via our launch form are stored securely in a database with restricted access.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about the security of your data, please contact us.

Your rights (GDPR & UK GDPR)

If you're based in the UK or European Union, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Portability — request your data in a portable format
  • Objection — object to us processing your data in certain ways
  • Withdraw consent — unsubscribe or opt out at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@miraclefx.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, that's the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

As MIRACLE FX grows, this policy will evolve. Any significant changes — particularly ones that affect how we use your personal data — will be communicated clearly, either by email (if you're on our list) or via a notice on the site.

The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
